Spent most of yesterday in there
Everything has been sorted and put away
I got rid of my b/a speakers amp & mixer decided to keep the turntables.
so the open room in the closet is perfect for the 3 computer towers that were in the corner
Early start because I have to babysit next door this morning while my friends go downtown for a meeting.
I tried getting into work but my access code isnt working I sent a message to our tech support
My exercise today will be the treadmill in my nicely organized exercise room when I get back from babysitting

Good morning.
Wow. I just got back from Diana's. She really worked me over today. I guess she figured she had to since she won't be here the next two Mondays. Lots of abs and arms today, with a few leg things thrown in. She's threatening to get heavier weights because she thinks the 10 lb'ers are getting too easy for me. Uh, I don't think so. Oh, well.... I guess that's why I pay her - to get me past my comfort zone.
Got some housework scheduled for today. Hubby's prepping the tiles for the floor - getting them measured and cut.
Does that trainer think that working out once a week is sufficient to make a difference in your health? Is that still the schedule you're on? That just doesn't sound like it would do much as far as lasting results. But, hey, I'm not a personal trainer. I imagine her training taught her about that and what to expect.
Today I go in for some ipad survey thing for the clinical trial that I have to get done, maybe a hearing test too because evidently chemo can affect your hearing. I never knew that. Got some stuff done around here yesterday to help make things easier. Mh finally put a missing screw thing back in a drapery rod, and now you can barely open it. Typical of his fixes.
It is already 84 here, supposed to be muggy and miserable the next few days, but without the daily torrential downpours we had a couple weeks ago.
Gotta get going, do some laundry before it gets too much hotter.
We took a lonnnnnggggg walk this morning, rather a trot for me because Bob walks at a faster pace than I do. Anyway I bet I lost 3 lbs taking that walk, yes the heat and humidity is coming back.
Applied for a few jobs and now off to the laundry mat (went to attach the washer this weekend and BOTH spigots leak).

Connie, I got out of the daily habit of exercising this fall when I was having some issues. Unfortunately, I haven't managed to get myself back out there every day but have been able to maintain my weekly workout with Diana. She's managed to keep me stronger and more toned than if I were doing nothing. I'd gladly work out with her more, but once a week is what fits into my budget. Now that my life is back on track and I am more motivated to do other things, exercise will be one of my next priorities.
I'd never heard of chemo affecting hearing, either. Let's hope it doesn't do so to yours.
And solved the "why my access code wasn't working"
Oops I did it lol I accidentally "hide" myself on the employee list
Yup just a tad embarrassed when the tech support guys said "somehow you got hidden" yup fessed up that it was me that did it
