Morning!

I'm home with a tummy thing myself. I was going to attempt to make it into work, but I guess sick days are there for a reason.

I've got to get in touch with 401 k company about rolling over my old 401 to the new one anyway.

Hopefully by this afternoon I will feel good enough to do some type of exercise but right now the only option I have is sitting and watching Good Morning America.

Karla is MIL all settled?

Hi, Sandy and Karla. A pre-hello to Connie.

Karla, what's causing your tummy issues (if you want to share the info, that is).

Sandy....I'm staying away from both of you. I don't need any more than I've had lately!

Did my 4 miles this a.m. - walked all 4 paths - love using them, but it's too dark to walk them sometimes. You know I'm an early riser and if I wait too long, I don't go. The paths are pretty close to the "lakes" and there be gators in them thar lakes.

Len mentioned going somewhere today, so I'm not sure what's going on. He's showering now, so I'm sure I'll find out shortly.

Take care.

Well rollover is complete and I am a happy camper

Pattie, I hate living by gators that would make me one paranoid walker in FL, bad enough with snakes in TN. Sigh, the things ya gotta put up with to live in paradise.

I think it is a flu bug Pattie. Probably the same thing you and Karla have (or have had). I just could not sit at a desk typing all day and have to keep getting up and running across the hall

Just got off the phone from Kim, they will be here in two weeks, I can't wait!

Just 4 days, Natalie and Austin both have to go back to school (she is taking them out for Thurs, Fri and Mon).

I did do a mile walk but even that was pushing it. I think a nap is in order.

Lol, Natalie is 5, Austin is 4, and Estella is/will be 8 months! It will be a housefull that is for sure. Hopefully the fall colors will be colorful at that time. I miss them so it is good that they are coming, that way I won't feel so bad for only spending a few days at Christmas.

Made it through the day and tummy is better. I did just finish doing a quick 15 minute routine that I found in my CD's, it is a dancing exercise and boy, did I ever dance all night? One has to wonder? lol.

Ah, Sandy..."Those were the days, my friend, we thought they'd never end, we'd sing and dance forever and a day!"

Yes, "Those were the days". Thing is my hips are hurting after doing that routine (and I toned it down), guess there was a reason I don't remember that CD.
