Hi, there.
Great job on the speed, Karla.
Great news on ditto. Seems she had some kind of tapeworm that is pretty common in feral cats - they get it from eating lizards and stuff. Unfortunately, this type of tapeworm is very resistant to treatment, so they have to give her two double doses, 24 hr. apart. And the vet said they typically have really nasty diarrhea after that, so she said they'd keep her till Friday because we've had to deal with that enough. SO the good news is - no sonogram, no operation. Whew! Storm really misses her little buddy.
I walked 4+ miles this morning - probably 4.3 or so, and actually got around to throwing in some jogging intervals. I did 5 20-second ones. It's been a long time since I've done that. Let's see if I manage to keep it up.
Then I came home and painted the garage door. Man, it looks sooooo nice, if I do say so myself.
Morning, all. Nothing to report here, just checking in.
Sorry to read about your cat, Pattie. It's nice of the vet to keep it for you for now.
Looks like you're hitting it hard, Karla. You'll lose the weight, think positive! I'd gladly take it off your hands, but just don't see a way to make that happen. I need to do something, tho. Got on the scale yesterday, it said 101. Today, tho, it said 102.8. Same conditions, so I must have done something right. I am sick of boost and pudding, and I am afraid I'm doomed to that sort of soft **** food for the rest of my life. Wish they'd have told me all this crap too, before I started treatment. W/e.

Thanks, Connie. I'm grateful it wasn't anything too bad.
Have they said you're stuck with that stuff? I don't think I'd be too happy with that for very long, either. Remember Marge? She loved her Choc. Boost. But those were different circumstances.
Yay on the good news for ditto and painting the garage door
Connie send Sue a note I know her hubby is eating solid foods she may be able to give you a guideline as to how they added more stuff
