Morning all!

Gracie and I just got back from a mile and half walk, the sun is shinning and it felt very good! Lol, yesterday we got Gracie a halter because she is horrible walking, well we got a medium because she is growing so much. She swims in it, it does kinda fit but I don't trust that it will not fall off her so we are attaching the halter to her collar, looks funny but it works and she walks so much better.

I have laundry, cleaning, cooking, and I want to throw in some packing (think I may find the time)! '

Oh, we also have more artic air coming down so Bob went and found a pretty neat medium heater. It does great, yesterday the heat (the heating unit in our townhome) did not come on all afternoon and into the evening until we turned the space heater off to go to bed. I am thinking this thing won't cost as much to run as a constant running heat pump (them things just are not made to service these temperatures, and add in how old the unit is). Anyway I am as ready as I can be for the artic air temperatures.

Gotta get, busy day. Hope you all have a wonderful day.

Sandy, I'm shivering just thinking of it.

Hey, yesterday, I reorganized 3/4 of our kitchen cabinets. Up and down the ladder, reaching, lifting, etc. Took me from 9:30 till 2:30. Does that count???

Yep it does, one does not have to do "traditional exercise" to have it count. I remember years back I found out how many calories you burn doing cleaning, I can't remember it but you do burn calories.

Got the bedroom and kitchen cleaned, two loads of laundry and I feel like a nap. Probably not going to be a productive day

Yes, it does!

Sandy, I am glad you got a heater. They're handy even when the furnace is working---boy am I finding that out this year!

More arctic air coming. Level 2 snow emergency, now. High Monday 9, Tuesday 1. Enough already.

Have a good day.

How much snow do you have now? I talked to Tricia yesterday and she said it was bad up there, and she is my drive anywhere anytime kid. She said she was glad Chad got her snow tires!

I don't know how much we got, but there's so much blowing and drifting. I think that is a big contributor to the problem.

Same thing in MI Is the snow supposed to stop, or are the winds still going to keep it up during this artic event?

The winds are supposed to keep up. I can hear them now, rattling the windows. I have heard it lately, but not before, so I don't know if my hearing is improving or the winds are blowing from a different direction or what. I think the snow is done for now.
