Good afternoon
Happy Wednesday !!!

Went to another sporting good store this morning and found the replacement exercise bike they didn't have it at either sotre so they will be shipping it at no charge It should be here in 5 days

I can still use the old one just can't add tension and if you pedal backwards it makes that shrieking sound lol

Went into the exercise room when I got back did 7 miles in the bike and 1 mile on the treadmill

lol we stopped for breakfast so I figure I better do a couple more miles

Finally got some rain yay happy lawn and happy trees

What are you all up to today?

I just did a HIIT workout that i did before when the feeding tube was in. This time, I could do all the floor stuff, no modifications. It was hard, but pretty good. I think my legs are going to be hurtin' for certain, as my dad used to say! The biggest problem was my mouth drying out. That is a pain, even with sips of water.

Nothing much else going on that I can think of-or remember. Some of my counts are low on the blood work, so I might have to take a break from chemo for a week. My next CAT scan is on the 22, so maybe they'll base that decision on what the results are from that. This CAT scan is to see how the chemo is working, or not working. Hopefully they find out something good.

Glad you found a replacement bike, Karla. You are really kicking some butt here lately! Way to go!

I almost forgot to stop by

Hey gals. Gracie and I walked and I did my 7 minute again.

Great going Karla, you went into post surgery workout like a lion! And Connie you are rocking there gal. Do you eat lots of green leafy veggies? I brought counts up great with green leaf veggies.

Nothing new right now. Looking on a rental car to drive up north. My car is getting up in miles and I just don't want to risk something going wrong with taking it on a 10 hour drive, I'm enjoying no car payment and want to keep it that way for at least one more year.

No, I have a hard time with some foods, many foods still. What kinds did you do? Maybe I can make some smoothies? I should have said before, some of my counts are low, some are high.

My WBC count is low 3.2, and normal is 4.8-10.8. It was above 10.8 when I started. But, I feel good. I feel like myself. the nausea comes and goes, but when it's gone, it's all good.

I was told green leafy helps with WBC, I ate as salads but there is a lot you can do with smoothies. I like different types of lettuce and also spinach. I upped my counts every time my PA told me they were falling with those.
