Wednesday's "Did eveyone have a nice fa la la la la" exercise thread"
Good morning everyone
I took the day off yesterday and stayed off the computer *gasp* lol well logged on long enough to adjust the setting of the new monitor hubby got me for christmas. My old one had been acting up so he said it was time.
So how was everyones day?
Was santa good to you ?
I talked to my spinning instructor to wish her a merry ho ho, so lol does that count.
We had a very nice day, well except for the fresh ham part. This is on my "never try to cook" again list. Rofl hubby said the rolls and potatoes were very good
I get the stitches out today so I am going to ask if I can start with some exercise tomorrow .
Today is also "wade through the 3rd bedroom day" I am going to organize and put it back in order lol it was my stash the gifts and wrapping paper room
Make sure to stop by "other topics" the todays question post will be covering "the good, the bad & the ugly" as far as your santa loot
tet how was your ham (hopefully better than mine)

The ham was marvelous, Darling!
I didn't think we would have enough, but even though a boat load of people came over we still have mounds of food. Good job the hubster likes leftovers for lunch!
Well, the most exercise I did was walking upstairs to get coffee then back down the stairs to veg! Believe it or not I haven't eaten much over the weekend, although I did eat outstanding homemade cookies for breakfast yesterday ... my excuse "Hey, it's Christmas!"
Glad to hear you are having the stitches out Karla. Take it easy exercising though.
I hope everyone had a great weekend.

Morning everyone!
Karla, what did you do to the ham? I have had salty ham and over cooked ham, but never BAD ham. So, I need to know what you did to the poor thing.
Santa was good to me, but even better to Shadow. Poor thing was so exhausted last night from all of the visiting and playing with new toys.
Not tired enough to skip the park this morning. We just spent an hour chasing squirrels.

evey
it was a fresh ham so IMO it really wasn't a ham but a pork butt roast I think they used the term "ham" loosely.
I seasoned it with salt & pepper and poured some OJ in the bottom of the pan, stuck the probe thermometer in it and 4 hours later it had reached the proper temp. lol the probe thing dinged at me.
It was like a big porkchop sorta. nothing HAM about it.
It was kinda grisly also.
lol I want my spiral ham leftovers to pick on so I am thinking about going to buy one we can have it for when my mother in law comes to open her gifts.
opps I better remember to go out and get the final one we forgot.

ekkk I just realized I messed up the day on the thread
whats even funnier is how no one else has noticed yet
lol thats because you are all "worn out" from all the exercise you have been doing today
ok off to find a mod to fix this
rofl this may be a first, since I wasn't sure which of our marvelous mods were on "duty" I reported my own thread and asked for the change

Karla, good luck with the stitch removal. You'll be back to your young self in no time! Kathy Smith today. I use 1 set of risers but think I'm going to add another set for more of a challenge soon.

Wednesday? Who knew! Well, after nearly a week of only working out sporadically, I got a good hour + in, but here comes another long weekend-grrrrr. For some reason I just have to eat the goodies-even though they're not that good. I guess it is the fact that they are there! Oh, and they are chocolate-y!
