Default Thursday's "That felt good" exercise thread
Good morning everyone

I slept till 7:30 and it felt great. lol I may have to do this more often

Had to pick up my sister and BIL from the airport last night and you know there plane was delayed so it was almost 11:30 before we got back to my house where their car and dog lol were waiting.
poor lola kept wandering around looking for scout when it was time for bed well actually making sure scout wasn't going to sleep in her bed


Today is going to be something outdoors it is suppose to be 71 maybe some yard work or even walking
Hubby is still on vacation so might do something fun together


remember just a few days left before we get back in gear with the exercising

rofl so enjoy it while we can

Well, went walking yesterday and will be doing the same again today. The plow came through so not too much snow, slush and ice to contend with.

I need to motivate myself today so I can get some more stuff done around the house. I'm under strict orders not to pick up a paintbrush until the new year!

Good Morning All!
Went to the gym yesterday and man was it packed... resolution group is getting a jump start this year it seems. We are going shopping today, so will just be doing some walking around the mall. We got our son a Wii for Christmas, so will be playing some virtual tennis, bowling, etc., does that count??

I finally got my bike out of hiding and went for about 20-25 minutes. I'd like to lose the 13 lbs. I've gained since I moved down here.

I started a 2 week temp job this morning, but still had to walk Shadow. It was dark and foggy and she was walking around all puffed up and showing the whites of her eyes.
