I did a slightly pared-down version of my workout today. No energy. Feeling blah, but I need to get some muscles back!

Worked out today, finally. Used the heavier weights, it probably took 15+minutes, I forgot to check. I threw in some lung, lunge-type steps down the hall and back a few times, and I can feel it already!

I used the resistance band to do my arm stuff today. The lateral raises were, shall we say, a challenge! Anyway, just checking in for the record.
