Good morning everyone

This will be out first class today since before the holidays, I know the kids are going to be so excited lol as in "bouncing off the walls"

Heading out for my "wog with Lola" in about 15 minutes going to see if I have any non-droopy sweats.

Yesterday was 2 miles so going to try for 3 today it's a tad chilly 35 lol the temp has gone down 3 degrees since I got up
It is a definite ski band and glove "wog"


So what are y'all doing today

Good morning Karla! We had our house inspection yesterday but won't bore you with the details...left a whole summary in the food forum today. Going to do a step work-out this morning, work wednesday and thursday, and septic check on friday...~sigh~...then maybe I can breath again... Have a great day everyone! Jeannie

Good Morning!
I am off to the gym today to focus on cardio and weights. I am planning to do a bit of everything today, after taking 3 days off. Then, it is off to the grocery store to get some fresh fruits and veggies. I am craving a salad after all the junk I ate over the weekend. Why is it that eating junk food seems to be a requirement when watching football??

lol was even more "attractive" when I pulled the hood up

ok time to hit the shower and head to school

Morning Peeps!

Here is the fashion plate of the neighborhood (not as interesting as Karla's outfit) getting ready to head out for our walk.


We are going to take it easy today. Shadow's bff Dallas wore everybody out yesterday. I do have 140 errands to run, and of course the perpetual pile o' laundry.

Today is the first day of classes. Man, I can't believe I have to get back into school mode. Last semester, my classes started at 7am T/TH and I was done by Noon. This semester, I don't start until 6PM and end at 9! Plus, it'll be a further commute b'c I finally transferred into the accounting program. This will be interesting!

Since I have several hours to kill, I'll definitely head to the gym.

Good afternoon everyone.

Well, as of Sunday we have a new addition to the family His name is Rusty and he's a 2-3 year old Jack Russell Terrier. My hubster discovered him by chance on a website Sunday morning. We called the rescue shelter immediately, and found out the poor little guy was going to be euthanized at a shelter in Chicago. The lady we got him from tries to give a few more months of life to the animals from shelters who are very good natured and adoptable but are "taking up space". We drove the two hours and went and picked him up immediately.

Rusty is a wonderful little fella and I cannot believe nobody wanted him. He gets along with my older dog and my eight year old son. We're helping him along with his house breaking and basic commands. As smart as he is he should get the hang of it soon. Only two days here and he's already showing some great progress.

Well, with all the walks we go on I'll be a skinny minny by summer!
