Hes mad at me because I was looking out for his best interest, someone was taking advantage of him and I brought it to his attention. This is the short version .

It's ok, missmouse. It fit both situations! And sometimes, it's good to have the world revolve around us.

I find it hard to believe that he's still mad at you karla!! Life is just too short.
Well, I was a complete stinker over the holidays, so there's plenty of junk in the trunk! I'm slowly getting back on track mind. With my energetic little buddy by my side it's a lot more motivating. We go for three brisk 30-45 minute walks a day. My old girl gets a slow meander down the road. Long walks are a little too much for her now, especially with the cold.
We're about to get a ton of the white stuff dumped on us over the next couple of days. Any doggy fashion tips Evey? I think I'm going to have to buy my little fella a winter jacket!
Hope everyone has a great day and good luck getting back into the fitness mode.

LOL! Small dogs are easy to dress and you can find them coats everywhere. Most dog garments are sized for a measurement from the middle of the neck to the base of the tail. I find that pullovers and the ones that fasten on the back (rather than the belly) tend to stay on better.
Tip: Dogs DO NOT enjoy having the hood up, no matter how stinkin' cute they look. Hoods are extraneous.
Orvis has some INCREDIBLE doggie stuff. It is priced a little higher but is extremely well made. Muttluks also has nicer stuff for dogs, including snow boots...... Foster & Smith is where I got Shadow's hoodie. Or, you can hit up your local Petsmart where you can actually try stuff on. Let me know if you want links!
Bonus points for you Tet for knowing that indoor dogs without a double coat are going to get cold when they go out into winter weather. Oooooh! I am jealous of you, getting to shop for your new friend.

Thanks for the tips and links, Evey. JRTs are hardy little buggers, but I still think some extra protection wouldn't hurt. When we are on the move he seems ok, but with the temps dropping into the minus digits I don't want to take any chances.
I have to go to the vet tomorrow to pick up Rusty's Heartguard and they have some winter waterproof jackets there. They lookes like good ones. Hopefully Rusty won't mind wearing one.
BTW: Rusty got a clean bill of health on Monday!
