Shame on you Karla! You know you can't get a real cheesesteak in Florida! You can get a "pretty good, for down here" cheesesteak, but not a real one.

ya know, I don't think I have ever had a real cheese steak. Will you take me out for lunch?
Not much energy lately. I am in that viscious cycle or laziness creating fatigue etc... I even had "the dream" the other night. I have a recurring dream where I am trying to run to something, or from something, it doesn't matter which and my legs are numb and weigh a thousand pounds so it is all I can do to move. It's like trying to run in waist deep water. I am sure it is one of those dreams about not getting anywhere or something. Kind of like the going to school in your underwear dream everyone has in high school.

Hi everyone,
I did an aerobic strength class today. She had us running up a hill. Geez, I thought I was in bootcamp. We worked with some weights and bands also. Afterwards, I went to water aerobics and we did step exericises in the pool.
I've also been slapping UncleBatz around on his comment about pantyhose on todays question. My arms hurt from doing it. Does that count? LOL
Congrats on the one year anniversary of this topic. Feb. 26 is my birthday so I'll have something else to celebrate.
Hope your doggy is doing okay.

are you sure one of my dogs didn't sneak into your house and decide to sleep on your legs
I have woken to that feeling many times and lo & behold I had a 70 # greyhound sleeping on them.
