Saturday "in the park" exercise thread"
and it wasn't the 4th of july
lol sorry it just popped into my head when I was trying to come up with a title for todays thread
ok who released the "lazy susan" that came with a cold 
I woke with a scratchy throat this morning and a hubby saying "don't give it to me"
I am hoping it is just from all of the pollen that is everywhere
lol never made it out to dinner last night "again" ended up having left over pizza
we have to go pick up the car this morning and lo & behold there is this great breakfast place right on the way.
my exercise today is going to be mowing the yard and some pruning.
what will yours be today |

I walked last night out of the need. I thought I may walk again this am, maybe later, I got up later than I thought I would...

Leftover pizza ... yummy! I think it's going to be a while before I can mow my grass, but until then I'll be shoveling the drive  Mother Nature decided we needed more of the white stuff lastnight.
Not feeling too hunky dory myself this morning. I was in a very smokey atmosphere at dinner (not my choice of venue) and my throat and sinuses are not too happy. Unfortunately my state is one of the few that thinks it's ok to subject non smokers to that cancer ehancing gunk.
I think I'll go out today and have a snowball fight with my son. That should burn a few calories

Good morning, all. I see there are some early risers this Saturday morning!
I am going to walk today. Yes, I am. Right after coffee and the paper and, of course, saying hi to my CD friends.
We celebrated Nat'l Pizza Day on Pizza Eve. Gosh, it was good. We love Papa John!
Enjoy the day, all. I'll let you know how my walk goes.

LOL! We also celebrated National Pizza Pie Day last night! We hit the Hungry Howie's All You Can Eat Pizza Buffet. They have this chocolate pizza that is simply to die for....
Shadow & I have toured the neighborhood this morning. She is out waiting by the bike.....
Karla it might just be the pollen bothering you. My throat has been scratchy for a couple of days and I have been sneezing a lot. The pine trees have started here already. Ugh!

OK, I did it.....sorta. I peddled my bike for a bit. It's been a while, so my legs are still tingling and I did get out of breath, but once I get going, it'll be better.
Evey, aren't you the Christmas tree lady who just put her tree away?? Well, I have news for you. I just saw a tree in somebody's house, still up and decorated! LOL - You're no longer queen!
