Good morning everyone
I woke up at 4:45 lol even though we had the alarm set for 5:30
so I was able to get caught up here with some thread reading with all of the craziness the last few day I was seriously behind.
So yay I am getting excited about going down to see the "puppies" we figure it will take us about 2 hours so you know that means breakfast on the road
I think we will drive thru Hardees can't go in because we will have Lola in the car lol she will get her own order too
Hubby said thank you for all the good wishes for the interview yesterday
He said it was one of the strangest he has ever been to
rofl he said the owner of the company was probably the most high strung energetic person he has ever met lol he said I was mellow compared to this guy.
It is a very small company they only have 2 other developers and though he didn't see the other guys he heard them and they were as bouncing off the walls as much as the owner
lol "next"
Though I have to saw he looked very nice in his new suit
Mondays interview is with a huge company so it will be interesting to see how he compares them.
We can't agree on if we should take a crate or not we are taking the 4-runner and Mr Karla said the back is like a big crate so we don't need a separate one
what do you guys think
ok so what is everyone doing today ? will it be exercise day or fun day

It's so beautiful outside that I already did some planting and relocating in our garden. The rose had to move from one flower bed to right next to the house b/c she didn't have much sun last year b/c all other flowers were much larger than this small rose. So she has a special place now. Hopefully she will end up as beautiful and orange with yellow as promised when I bought her.
So this was a bit of exercising in the morning.
Did also some running around and the last grocery shopping for the weekend which included hauling sixpacks of big water bottles around.
After DS's nap we'll go watch his daddy play soccer. We might even take a blanket and sit in the grass.
Karla, I am so excited for you! I will be glued to the computer waiting to hear everything! Let us know what you need for the new addition. Billy Blanks boot camp this morning and then not much else going on. Keep us posted Karla!
Anybody want to lay odds on 1 puppy or 2? My money is on 2.
Shadow & I took a tour of the neighborhood this morning. It rained yesterday and the grass is wet. Miss Priss did not want to get her toes wet so the walk went by quickly.
No other plans for the day, I will also be riveted waiting to find out how many dogs Karla brings home.
I'll bet a big bag of M&Ms that it is 2... how exciting Karla! Can't wait to find out how it went!
Well, it is snowing here... again... sigh... no plans today except a trip to the gym for some cardio later. Mr. tlb is down in Portsmouth for his Navy Reserve weekend and my son just wants to hang around and watch movies... sounds like a plan to me.

How's this for a theory? I'll bet Karla would love to bring home a grayhound (BUS full that is!) Had to get a hurry-up workout in, dh is home, in and out and in and out...said he was going to the bank, which usually means "going to the bank" as in be back much later, but he actually just went to the bank.
Well, Charley, when you're gone visiting with your son, just try to eat right, and do portion control, you might surprise yourself! You are on your way, and every little bit helps! Gotta go, enjoy the day everybody!
lol actually Mr Karla had every intention of coming home with 2 dogs
we really clicked with Ralph pillsbury was cute but I think a bit too delicate
he was so good in the 4 runner on the way home and is now sitting on the sofa in hubbys lap
yup right at home already
he looks so much like lola in the face it is scary
