Good morning everyone
I am a tad late because I headed over to Chaos's house at 6:40 am

Jeannie gave us a "give yourself a break day" and suggested everyone let loose a bit
so I figured such a great plan needs to carry over into the exercise thread

Everyone had been working so hard and making such strides that it is well deserved

lol so I will let Mr Karla schlep the bags of mulch to the back

I am very excited that I can see the light at the end of the mulch project !!
I can't wait to say by the end of the weekend

"the gardens are done !!!!"

So how will you " let Loose" today ?

G'morning, all.

We're headed to the Coconut Point mall. It's a really neat place and it'll be nice to get away. DH has been under the weather all week, so we just mostly hung out at the house. This will be a nice change of pace.

Hey, Charley....you're doing great, buddy. But with all that $$$ you won, I'd think you'd spring for lunch or dinner, not just breakfast! JK. Enjoy your windfall, my friend.

Catch y'all later.

Morning peeps!

Shadow was up many times last night with some gastric distress. We did not get much sleep, so this is a good day for a day off. Thank you Karla and Jeannie.

We have taken a quick walk around the block, and I am sure there will be squirrels in our future.

I sent tlb a DM but have not heard back. Has anyone heard from her?

Evey, I just went over her last posting date on the 11th and she mentioned something about vacation in Community Chat. When she comes back shes in big trouble for not checking in with us first.

Oh I'm going to let loose alright ... it's snowing (slightly) and blowing a gale out there! Luckily we've got plenty of small projects around the house to keep us busy, but my garden won't be getting finished anytime soon.

Keeping my fingers crossed for your weigh-in today Charley. I know you're going to knock their socks off with your success though.

Sorry to hear Shadow is a little under the weather. We had the same thing with our pooch the other night/morning.

Have fun at the mall NMS. Shopping always makes us feel brighter!

Thanks Tet. I'm not as happy as I thought I would be, particularly after a nine-miler yesterday. This morning's weight was 263.5 - a one pound loss this week. I thought it would be more.

Oh well, there is always next week.

Charley

Good morning! Gorgeous weather here, we might actually even hit 90 today. The neighbor is out cutting down his weeds and stirring up all kinds of dust and pollen for my allergy enjoyment so will stick to being inside the house this morning until he is done and all the dust and pollen has settled. Lots of outdoor projects to do around here, just need to motivate the hubby to help me out... LOL

Charley, you are amazing!! Nine mile walks?? Keep up the good work

Good day

Charley, that is great! I know its easy for me to say but try and not focus too much on the scale and more on how you feel. You may even been building some muscle there with all that walking, and muscle weighs more than fat.

I was thinking the same thing. Every time I start doing serious walking I lose some, then it slows down as I harden up, then I lose a bunch more.
