Wednesday's "yay! CD is finally back up" exercise thread

Being in a different time zone I didn't even see that CD didn't work.

Had a nice workout when instructing my sports course. 10 minutes cardio workout, 25 minutes something for abs, legs, etc and 5 minutes stretching.

That was enough for me to send me directly to my sofa afterwards.
