Wednesday's "Try not to get in too much "trouble" while I am gone" exercise thread
Morning all
today is crunch day
i have to pick up the dress, look to see if by chance I can find some shoes & an evening bag, iron and pack the clothes for the trip, figure out how to even out the cars front seat so it will be less "bucketly" so it will be comfortable for mr karla for the 4 hour drive
drop the bird at MILs
figure out how to forward the house phone calls to my cell phone
the dogs get dropped off tomorrow morning and we are going to try to leave by 11 am tomorrow
So y'all try not to get into too much trouble while I am gone or at least make sure to post the "trouble" because I found out the Hotel has internet and we may bring the laptop so I may be able to "keep an eye" on everyone
rofl I had this dream last night that at the wedding I was wearing an bright orange dress !! with matching orange embroidered shoes OMG !!!!!
How scary is that !!!!!!

Pretty scary, Karla! If I don't happen to "see" you again today, have a safe, fun, happy trip. Best wishes to the newleyweds and tell Mr. Karla not to be doing the chicken dance!
As promised, you went to the gym with me this morning. We rode the bikes over - about 10 minutes - then did the machines for 15 minutes and the free weights for 15, for a total of 30. Included in there were 50 per side of the side bendy things. Then, since it's still not too humid, we took a slightly longer trip back by bike - about 15 minutes. We saw a lot of squirrels today and wished Evey and Shadow had been with us. Unfortunately, no major bird or fish sightings, altho we did spot a geezer coming out for his paper . Unfortunately, he was in his cotton robe, and a little breeze came by....well, you got the picture. Luckily, we saw what was happening and averted our eyes.
Since you were with me today, once we got home, we went right out into the back and cleaned out the little garden around the patio and threw some miracle gro on the flowering plants and the bushes right next to the house. Thanks for the help there! Things are looking lots better around.
All this before 8 a.m.! Gosh, we were busy.
I think the only other "work" (sorry to use a 4 letter word, folks) I have to do today is dust and sweep. The rest of the day will be mine. Maybe I'll work on the baby afghan.
Karla, enjoy yourself. We'll chat when you get back. Don't forget - pictures!

Yes, while we were cleaning up the patio garden. But she got the hint and went away quickly this time.
BTW, you left the bucket of bird feed on the back steps and I didn't remember to bring it back into the house. Just a few minutes ago, I was cleaning out on the lanai and I noticed that Bandit (the male cat) was paying awfully close attention to the door. LOL Didn't I find a squirrel plunked right in the middle of the bucket, eating away, with a big honkin' grin on his little face! Where's Shadow when you need her??? ;-)

ROFLMAO! Now I know how to get the squirrels back into they yard! Thanks for leaving that out Karla!
I am not feeling my sparking best this morning, but that did not stop my dog from dragging me around at speed. She is enjoying the break in the humidity. Summer is about to slam into us with a vengeance and I think she knows it.
No plans at all for today. *sighs* I need to get a life.
Karla, you have great fun at the wedding. And if orange makes you happy, that is what you should wear. I could take you right now to a place where you could get orange embroidered shoes and a bag to match. *shakes head* Only in Florida.....

Years ago, I had a flowered outfit, the major color being orange. And I had a pair of orange shoes to go with it. I was hot stuff, let me tell you...and I even stopped traffic in that outfit! No lie!

Have a great time Karla.
Was in a cooking and baking mode this morning. I think I have my family covered for the next week!
After my morning walk I'll be heading out to move more of that bloody annoying river rock from the side of the house. Luckily it's down hill so hopefully it'll be a lot easier than last time.
Have a wonderful day everyone!

Finished up today's exercises-might actually try work out a routine for more the week, maybe if i have something more structured, it will inspire me to just do it. Have a good day everyone.
