Good morning everyone
Back from our walk
got a later start 7 so we were only able to do 1 mile before Ralph & Lola decided it was too hot and turned around toward the house I think had we started at 6:15 or 6:30 we would of gotten 2 miles in
I think it was more humidity 80% than the heat
rofl little Ralph decided that since he was up the whole neighborhood should be up, but then again his breed was used to alert the monks that someone was approaching
So he felt it was his "job" to alert me to the sprinklers or any person he should see
it is funny how they are so different when they are outside
Lola who is a barking machine in the house is very well behaved on the walk and Ralph is so quiet in the house

So I am going to run to Sams club then shower and get ready to meet Riveree & mawipafl from the Jax forum for lunch

So it feels good to be back on track

What did you do or are going to do today

Hi, there.

Did the bike to the gym/30 min. weight routine/med. bike ride back.

Feeling pretty good today, wasn't feeling so great yesterday. I think I just needed to sleep, so I took a sleeping pill and feel much better today. Idon't take them often, because I'm afraid of getting hooked on them, but it's nice once in a while to be able to knock yourself out.

Well, rach is on her way to FL sometime today. Safe trip, young lady.

Have a wonderful wednesday.

If only I lived closer! I would enjoy meeting one or the other great folks from CD!

Already did some push ups, squats, side kicks and something for the triceps.

Will take a short walk this afternoon with DS and do some grocery shopping afterwards.

Otherwise, off to bed early and read, read, read. Seems I'm really absorbed at the moment and cannot put the books away. I'm really enjoying reading at the moment...

Have a great day all!
Diana

Slept like a brick, so I was up nice and early throwing straw all over the garden. Fingers crossed that the seed takes well and grows!

Heading out for a good long walk in a few. Great to see everyone getting back into the swing of things and staying healthy, especially you Charley

Have a wonderful day everyone!

Morning everyone.
We got a little bit of rain last night. Nothing to brag about but it was something, considering it hasn't rained here in several months and under extreme fire danger.
Glad to see you're feeling better Charley.
The direct tv people are coming this morning so I'm waiting for them and then I'm back to trying to get things organized more. My goal today is to put the clothes away in closets. I'd like to get the total gym set up but that's not going to happen today so my exercise for the day is unpacking and trying to get things more organized. This could take forever.
Tet tea and NMS, glad to hear you all are doing better today and not as sore.
Have fun with the Jax folks Karla.
There's a gentleman here for the day (in Timberon) looking into some property and his wife sent me a DM and told us to go down and meet him so we'll do that this afternoon if we can find him.
You all have a nice day.

Morning peeps!

Skipped our walk this morning and went straight to the beach. Finally, the water is warm enough for me to get in! So I got in a good hour of swimming & chasing Shadow around on the beach. We are thinking we will be hitting the beach in the mornings instead of walking since it has gotten so warm. I am sure Shadow will be hating the new program.

I have always thought about taking Lola & ralph to the beach
there would be lots of things for him to bark at

I have to check to see what the time cut off in the mornings for dogs on the beach

Do you have to give shadow a bath when yo get back?
lola would not like that part of the process
