Good luck today Karla.

Walked 1.33 miles this morning and feeling OK. It was beautiful at 6:30. About 63 degrees, light breeze, no humidity. I'll take that every day.

A report on the news this morning linked moderate exercise to the ability to hold back early Alzheimer's. There's another good reason for getting out there and exercising!

Hope everyone's having a great day!

Charley, how do you do that? Walking at 6:30? I would be sleeping while walking if I had to get up and do some exercises. But in the past I made that with a friend too. Starting to walk at 7 and being back at 8:30. That's really better in summer.

Just checking in ... though nothing to check in about!! I worked out over the weekend but dang, during the week it is haaard!
Here it's the other way round. Exercising during the week is okay but Lazy Susan is a constant guest over the weekends. Sleeping long and wanting to relax all day.

The step aerobic lesson turned out to be more muscle exercises than step work-out b/c we had a new guest and so as not to overdo and stress her I made some light step aerobic exercises but many exercises for legs, butt and tummy.

Because I have probably the strangest sleep pattern - or non-sleep pattern - of anyone I know ... as witnessed by this 4AM response.

If I don't get out to exercise first thing in the morning, I don't get out.

So true! Sleeping little is the key to youthfulness (among other things )
