Friday's "Are you ready for the weekend" exercise thread"
Good morning everyone
Happy Friday !!!
I can't believe how fast this week went
Today hubby took a vacation day he is going to go play golf
So we are going to meet one of other folks early to grab some breakfast
then I am going to take the 3 or 4 boxes of books to the 2nd hand book store
Doing the "I have finally finished sorting the library" happy dance !!!!!!!
I will find out later today if (and I am hoping) I will be watching one of the puppies along with Chaos while his dad is at work the next week
omg how cool would that be !!! I might even have to bring him over to our house to visit.
So as I was talking to chaos's dad last night going over things I mentioned that it would be fine for the puppy because I usually get there at around 6:30 or so in the morning
lol he said
"So thats why he has been waking me up so early"
oops !!!!
So what are you doing today to get ready for the weekend

Good morning Karla and all that follow! A beautiful sunny morning here in NJ. Going to do a Kathy Smith upper body work-out this morning and then the dreaded laundry pile.  Yesterday a letter went out from our attorney to the buyer's attorney with a reminder of their obligation for a septic inspection in a specific timeframe and now we are rescheduled for Monday morning. I hope things can move forward after this. I really need to start packing if we're moving next month.  Have a great day all! |

Jeannie, here's hoping that you will be packing soon.
Hey, Karla, don't you know that growing boys like Chaos's dad need their sleep?? And did sorting the library include getting rid of the ladders?? Enquiring minds want to know!
Did the 30 min. weight thing with the 10 min. bike ride over and 10 min. back.
Yes, I'm looking forward to the weekend. I don't know why, but I am! LOL

Hi everyone. My wife and I agreed that this evening, we'll go out together for a nice walk. It will be my first in a while and I'm really looking forward to it.

Sounds good, Charley.
Ok, add 20 more min. of biking to my journal today. I biked over to the hot tub and back again. I hate getting back into things after a week off. I'm so stiff....

hey all
well back form the bookstore
they gave me $125 credit for the books I brought in
lol I spent $40 already on new books
and woo hoo !!!
I stopped at chaos's house to go over final details and got to play with "my puppy"
and yup he is going to be there the other 2 have new homes
it is rather humid here so I think it will be inside activities for the rest of the afternoon
Jeannie - "moving next month" sounds wonderful we can't wait till you give us a date
Charley it will be nice to stroll along with mrs charley tonight make sure to take your water
pattie rofl the ladders are still there I moved then aside but one I get the new books in the shelves they are going to be set right up in the middle of the room again |

Today I did some more of the "boot camp'' workouts from Spark people, and threw in my ABC exercise at the end.
Oh Charley-hopefully the mosquitoes aren't as bad where you are-better grab the OFF just in case, otherwise those rotten stingers could ruin your nice plans.
So, how does Chaos get along with his 'babies'? Oh, boy, that would be such a joy to be able to 'babysit' for them! And fun, fun, fun!
Tomorrow is my birthday, gonna be the big RUH R O!...there are a couple other people on here who share a birthday-Denise in Fla and crazyworld! How cool is that

Hoping things progress along for you Jeannie. It takes soooo long doesn't it?
Went out walking around the golf course this morning. Not a hard walk but kind of easy compared to what I've been climbing around on.
