Hey Karla, don't stress yourself. I hope you had a good night!

Missed my step aerobic lesson yesterday. The ladies wanted to make a bike tour instead and I wasn't in the mood for it so I stayed at home and had a nice 3 hour chat with my mom and a neighbor.

I need to do some grocery shopping and have to find a nice gift for my cousin's 20th birthday. That means some running around after work.

I hope I can squeeze in some ab-work tonight.

First of all, being able to work your computer before 7 a.m. is not oversleeping. *shakes head*

Puppies typically can "hold it" 1 hour for every month old. Baby puppies have small bladders and short intestinal tracts so they have to go more often.

Nasty rain gypped Shadow out of her beach trip yesterday afternoon, and a shark had us leave early on Monday. My dog is wild, but does not want to walk, the brat wants to go somewhere. Spoiled! And I don't know how she got to be like that........

Today is pack up the dining room day.

GOod morning.

Well, I did my 25 min. bike tour w/ 25 min. weight routine in between. I started off w/10 min. abs stuff. I cut back my weight routine because my right arm is just screaming at me today. So, as soon as I get back from the gym, DH grabs me (no, not THAT way!) and drags me out for yard work. I did an hour and a half of weeding, picking up trimmings and dragging them via wheelbarrow to the curb. Oh, and I picked up a month's worth of pine cones, too. My arm hurts so bad I almost wish it would fall off! Don't worry, tho, it doesn't hurt bad enough to stay home tomorrow or to not eat! LOL

Have a wonderful Wednesday.

MM - a 3 hour chat w/mom beats a bike tour any day.

lol I try to get over they by 6:30
they were doing so well but I think I figured out what happened
I am giving them too many treats when I put them in their crate before I leave

so if they are 7 or 8 weeks old I might as well just move in !!!!

their "dad" will be back this afternoon so I will have a break from dog sitting
I will just have to go over to visit because you know I have become attached to the little guys

heres a diningroom packing tip
use the extra sheets and towels to wrap the fragile stuff

pattie save the pine cones and come this "winter" put peanut butter on them and roll them in birdseed and hang them on the trees for the birds

ok I am hungry hmm I may just have to go run some errands and "accidentally" pass a mcd's lol

Thanks for the tip, but I have so many pine cones drop that I can leave them for a week and have enough to fill for the whole "winter". Hate the darned things!

Did my arms and abs for today, and the ABC.

Karla, I was thinking, you could give little herb bouquets to your buddies-I bet they would love having them to cut up and cook with or dry and use! A lot of people go nuts for Rosemary [I don't get it, but maybe mine isn't fresh enough?]

So, tomorrow's the big day-oh how exciting!!! Us "outsiders" need a full report!

OH, and karla, I was wondering what your boon was, but thought maybe I shouldn't ask!
