Karla, you deserve a break on your elliptical. Me, on the other hand...I did my ab/butt stuff this a.m. and went outside to ride my bike. The minute the garage door opened, I could feel how heavy the air was and really fought to get my butt out the door. I thought I'd do one quick lap around a short route, but I was feeling pretty good, so I did manage to do 25 minutes. Yay. It wasn't easy, but I did it.
DH wants to run over to the VA clinic in Ft. Myers to make a couple of appointments and I'd like to get a hair cut today. That's about it for us. Enjoy your lunch, Karla.
PS - Anybody hear from Evey? I hope she's doing ok. I know she's leaving soon (I'm awful - I can't remember which day!) Sure do miss her.
Hello everyone! It is going to be a hot one today, says it will reach 104... yikes! Got the plants all watered and I was getting some household chores done while it is cool. So, I missed the adult swim, but I promise myself I will go tomorrow!
Not much else going on around here. Think it will be a mellow day....
Not much sleep lastnight. My terrier was bouncing all over due to the storm! He ended up sleeping under the covers between me and the hubster! Now my son ... he slept through it as usual ... figures
Went tree shopping today. Came home with a beautiful Macana Ash which is going to be planted this weekend. I am so excited that I finally have a tree in my back garden. I have my eye on a couple more but want to do a little research beforehand.
Two short walks today, but at least I got out.
