got all my errand running done yesterday left the house around 8:45 and didn't get home till close to 2
song it sounds like you have a similar thing like I do, my hips actually get uneven when my back gets out of whack. the PT I would go to would help to adjust it back in line. I have found that walking on a flat surface while pushing weight (vacuum or lawnmower) for some reason helps whack it back in. If the muscles in the area are spasaming(which is what causes pain) you might want to ask your DR if a muscle relaxer would help too.
