Default Tuesday's "good morning good morning " exercise thread"

Hey everyone

only 2 days to go till turkey(and chicken & dumpling) time is everyone getting ready lol

I got the front lawn mowed but then "ran out of gas" (the real stuff not the energy) so couldn't get the back done
I was loving every minute of wearing shorts and a t-shirt again

I got "volunteered" for a project
Our MG holiday luncheon is next Wed and I got a call from the office asking if I would help pull together the silent auction, pick a prize and raffle they decided to have at the last minute.
They sent out a email to all the MG'ers asking for donations of items, hopefully folks will email us with what they are donating so I can get the bid sheets done early.

I think someone said "ask Karla she loves this fundraising stuff" well yeah but I usually have more than 7 days !!!

So guess what I will be doing the next few days !!!
Anyone want to do a little extra exercise for me

I got the nursery I deal with to donate a plant and I will see what else I can get donated.

I am excited because I get to sell the raffle tickets for the pick a prize part at the luncheon rofl noone will be safe

So whats your day going to be like

Morning peeps!

The plumber was supposed to be here at 8:30 but they just called & said the one that is the right guy for this job is sick, so I have been pushed back to Friday morning. *heavy sigh* *whines* I just want to move into my house.

So, my day will be filled with shifting stuff, cleaning stuff, and being slightly depressed.

Shadow & took a walk in the dark this morning. We saw 5 white tailed deer out in the field. Apparently the deer are much, much scarier before the sun comes up.

Dang Karla, I would be annoyed with people who wanted me to pull that many rabbits out of my hat that fast.

"Dang Karla, I would be annoyed with people who wanted me to pull that many rabbits out of my hat that fast."

lol I briefly thought about it but realize I don't have time
plus it will give me an "excuse" to not have to hang around all day at you know whos house
opps sorry got to run auction stuff to work on :P:P

I am going to get mr karla to show me how to set up an excel spread sheet to help me track the items so we know who gave what and what they ended up raising

Morning all,
Karla you are a gem, I hope most of these people know how lucky they are to have you to call on.
Evey I sure hear you, that is what I am like before my 3 cups of coffee (without water ya can't have coffee either).
Back is getting better, but I have a feeling the 8 hour drive is going to set me back. That's okay, hubby is so excited to see his family that it will be worth it. That and the fact my MIL spoils Cassy!
Just wanted to say happy Thanksgiving to all and fill up on the wonderful turkey! LOL hubby brought home a 20lb turkey for us given by his work. I told him once I cook it he will be sick of turkey for the next year!
Karla what is the weather like, should I bring shorts?

Cassy, it must be something in the air - DH talked me into a 20 lb-er, too.

Karla, if anybody can do it....

Evey, so sorry to hear about your plumber being ill. SHould I send him a card?? Hang in there, I was hoping for a pre-t'giving move for you.

Brought a carload of stuff to the Salvation Army for the homeless this a.m. We get home and DH decides to clean out a closet so we have another box for them. Oh, well...it's kind of on the way home from PT tomorrow.

Have a good day, all.

Oh, Sandy, they have those therma-care heat wraps, they have them for backs-might be worth it to get one to put on for that long ride. Supposed to help pain and relax muscles.

Today I did about 15 minutes, and now I have to move some stuff for the oven repairman. Dh "thought" I didn't want to get a new stove, so he went over to bffs again, as usual. It was actually his first stop when he got back in town last week after being gone...

So, my son got his promotion yesterday, instead of Wednesday. He's so excited! The main thing I really care about, really really, is that he's safe and sound on US soil. Sorry, but those kids are NOT 'fighting for their country' over there.

Whoops, sorry about that. Have a great day everyone.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day!

Hey all
well lol with hubbys help I just created my first ever excel spread sheet to track the items donated for the auction
cassy highs in the 70s lows 50 so I would bring shorts for the day
hey go get one of those massage pads that plug in the car lighter it will help your back for the trip

fuzzy congrats on the early promotion you give your son a big hug from all of us

pattie I have to drop a few bags of stuff off also I hate waiting till last minute new years eve day lol like I usually do

tet that is great news I have a few areas that could use some work can I send them on up

ooo we ordered my replacement wedding band that hubby got me for our anniversary I have to wait 2 weeks !! it is a 2mm white completely round band it will work well with my set and will also look nice alone. It will be weird taking off the old one because I haven't taken it off since he put it on 5 years ago
I am trying to think of a way I can put the new one on before removing the old one completely maybe I can lift up the old one on one side and slip one side of the new one on
I know I am weird

ok time to go address the laundry

see you all tomorrow
