45 minute bike ride - all done. What a wonderful way to start the day!!!

10 Minutes of strength training exercise, and a walk scheduled for this afternoon. Thanks for sticking with this thread, don't know if I could do this without knowing I have to post. By the way I have also lost 5 lbs this week!

Well, I was finishing up, listening to music and "I feel good" came on, so I danced around a teeny bit too!
Sometimes, I swear it's not what the scale says, it's what the jeans say![as in NO laying down to zip me up]
Oh, plus the added benefit of improving my reputation!?!

I did it!

Thanks to you myfask.

I woke to thunderstorms. No morning run (I don't mind running in the rain; it's the electricity that'll get ya ).

I thought perhaps things would clear up by this evening, but nnnoooooo, Mother Nature had more in store. We were put under a tornado watch and hail of up to 2" in diameter was added to the forecast. Lovely.

I was pretty beat this evening. Instead of running in the a.m. I used the down-time to sweep the pet hair, mop the floors, scrub the tubs and bathe the dog.

It would have been so easy to wimp out this evening. Pour a glass of wine, grab a book.....but I knew I'd miss posting here.

So, I got the on the "vomitron" (my stationary bicycle trainer) for 40 minutes.

I feel so much better.
