30 minute walk with dog (who was trying desperately to chase squirrels while on a leash!)

20 minutes chasing kitty who mother-in-law tossed out into the yard in the middle of the night (for spraying her new bathroom)

30 minutes crawling around bathroom with black light & Urine Off.

And it is only 10:00!

Will be doing a marathon shop this afternoon with my old neighbor.

take a nice warm bath and just walk slowley around the house to "loosen" them up, actually just sitting will make you feel worse
weird I know but it does work

Thanks, I plan on a small walk with my partner (my dog) this afternoon. Today is cleaning day, I just can't make my legs exercise, they won't listen!

Oh, worse than that! We moved into her house. He perfectly clean, heavily gardenia scented house....... I hope we find a place soon!

cassy1, try a heating pad on your legs. If you keep the muscle warm it will help.

Well, I did most of mine, sort of caved last night and ate a bowl of this chocolate caramel brownie double churned ice cream that dad/DH bought. Stared me in the face all week, every time I opened the freezer. Little chocolate syrup and honey roasted peanuts [I have done this before!! ] and voila! But-it didn't even taste that good! So, I won't be tempted by THAT any more-although there are 2 other kinds in there...
Basically I had to guilt trip myself into working out!
