Might as well be me.

Did 25 minutes of weights, then went downstairs to do cardio, but they had the darned heat up so high it was almost impossible! I did go a mile on the dreadmill...I mean treadmill, having notched it up a bit on the incline (thanks for whoever suggested that), but it got so hot in there that I moved to a bike and did about 15 min. on that. Still gave me almost 35 minutes, but not as "hearty" as I like.

It's mid 20's here in NNY, snow on and off today, dropping to below zero tonight with a record cold high tomorrow of 3 degrees above zero. Don't it make ya wanna move here??? :-}

I did 100 ab crunches this morning, and later sometime today I will add in more to my workout.

So my new workout will look like

morning - 100 ab crunches
Afternoon - Another exercise
Evening - 100 ab crunches and 50 push-ups

Oh I want to add Sunday, I roller skated for 2 hours!

I just got in. Have been raking my yard and picking up sticks. 45 minutes.

However, I ate three pieces of toast with Nutella for breakfast.

Guess I break even.
