Cardio last night.

Upped my speed on the treadmill to 6.5. I had to slow down to 3.5 a couple times cuz the legs were burning pretty good. Managed 33 minutes with a 7% incline.

Godsmack provided my motivational thunder to keep me moving.

Didn't really get to train last night. Had to take my oldest son to Scout Olympics. LOL

I did get to man the pull up station and the basketball hoop.

I did rattle off a few sets up pull ups and chins while there. Nobody believed I could do 15 in a set...........so I did.

I ended up doing so many showing the kids how to do them that my arms and lats are absolutely fried today. I can't lift my arms straight above my head. LOL

I really did not want to train today but I made myself do it. I was exhausted from work. I'm glad I kicked myself in the ass and got on it.
I felt much better afterwards.

The Renegade Rows are a real ass kicker I'd recommend them to anyone who is a little bit above beginner status. They straight up friggin rock
I had to jam some Clutch at high volume to keep my intensity level up as well.

Why did you delete your other log on Fitness.com, and still post here? It seems the responses are better over there, then here. I had every intention of responding to a couple of posts I made to assist you further.

I have been rather busy with work lately Krak, and I have been literally swamped with persons asking questions via PM's and actively helping three persons in the COL (which you do not know, cause you do not care to post or visit my journal).

To get assistance, Krak, sometimes you have to give. And, this is speaking in terms of the general public, and is not pointing to you and me.

no actual training yesterday, I had to take my oldest boy to scouts.
I did get to play basketball with the group of boys for just over an hour.
I was sweating pretty good chasing 5, 6 year old boys around the court.
Kids have some serious energy.

They kept wanting me to dunk. LOL
The hoop at the elementary was only 9 feet so it was easy to not tear down the rim.
