Like your log forum here, I love to work out my proplem is eating right. I'm a very picky eater so that's another problem because I know I'll have to eat stuff I don't like.

I know it.
I've reduced my carbs to around 50 grams a day. Problem is I like cold beer on the weekends. LOL
I gotta stop that.

Default March 24th - Rest Day

I will try my darndest to keep this a rest day. At the very most, I'll do some abs or some martial arts training but thats it. Should get up to 84 degrees today so maybe I'll do something outdoors. Beach is always an option.

I did it. Complete rest day. Went to Malibu beach as its only a 20-25 minute drive as opposed to Zuma which is about 35 minutes. I did stop by Sport Chalet and noticed that they are now carrying Precor fitness equipment. Did 20 pullups on a pullup bar they have there just to test it out.

Now, Im sitting back eating raw spinach leaves, brown rice, half grapefruit and a glass (soon to be two glasses) of red wine.

Default March 26 - Morning

Sprint 400 meters
21 Pull-ups
15 Dips
Sprint 400 meters
Pull-ups to failure (couldnt get close to 21)
Dips to failure
Sprint 400 meters
Pull-ups to failure
Dips to failure
Jog 400 meters (couldnt sprint but moved as fast as I could)
Pull-ups
Dip (singular not plural)

Rested for about 15-20 minutes then did my 4 wing chun forms

NOTE: Hands felt a bit sluggish/slow today. Not as crisp and quick as I like. Could be due to only having cup of black coffee this morning and nothing else before workout and being on a cutting diet right now.

I noticed lack of good food intake prior to a workout will kill my endurance as well. also if I eat less than clean my endurance is shot.

Nice pull up numbers BTW!

Default March 28th - Morning

Its 6:50am so I got a late start today. Im enjoying my usual cup of black coffee before my workout so I can post here what todays workout is:

Three mile Encino loop run.
2 slow dead hang pullups - very very slowly I raise chin over the bar, then very very slowly I lower myself back to dead hang position. Each pullup should take about a minute total to do.

Will head over to the martial arts studio to teach/run special fighting class after my run.
