Woo hoo it's the weekend !!!!
Well as you know I have been making sure "kong" has stayed in the house because fishing it out of the pool has gotten a bit old.
Well when I went over to feed and let Chaos out last night
I couldn't for the life of me figure out why he wouldn't move from in front of the sofa he just sat there
That's when I realized kong was no where to be found.
Aha !! a light bulb went off in my mind , so I looked under the sofa and lo & behold there they were the big one and the little one, so off I go to get the broom to "fish them out"
It wasn't more than 1 minute before he rolled them back under then ran off to the broom
He came up with a new game of "fetch the Kong"
Sigh lol
I am hoping the rain they are calling for holds off because I have a long to do list that I really really want to get done this weekend
lol after hearing about everyones painting projects I now want to repaint the kitchen oh lol and the familyroom

Aawwww, Karla...he just wants somebody to play with him! Poor little guy.
Just got in from weeding, deadheading and trying to kill some stupid bug that's trying to take over our sea grape bush. I may just have to take a trip to that office that looks at bugs and stuff on plants. I forget the name.
Nice morning out there today, altho a bit humid. I need to do some online banking, pay some bills.
As soon as I can convince the kitties to come in from their cage, guess I"ll go take a shower.
As soon as I get off the computer I am heading out for Whole Foods and the mall for awhile. More weekend rain in sight, sigh.......Karla could you not have sent it directly up north from you?
Poor Chaos, he must get lonely with his Dad gone so much, it's a good thing he has Aunt Karla to come and play. Sounds like a very smart doggie! My Cassy does that with her bone (that has not been chewed on in a year), she just likes having her "toys".

evey - we haven't had to listen to any roof noises for the past week because of the rain lol I guess that is one good thing
I think you need to give yourself a couple days off from house improvement 101 lol don't make us come up there and "kidnap" you to force you to have some fun
I would have called the cops-there's gotta be a law against starting work that early!
I did the Jillian Michaels 'Boost Metabolism" workout-not getting any easier, that's for sure. But I am using a lot less foul language, so that's something.
Started putting in some of my flowers yesterday. Sadly, the meatloaf I popped into the oven right beforehand didn't fare too well, but hey at least I had some leftovers for a change!
