I played Wii sports for 20 minutes, I did baseball, tennis and bowling. Tonight if I can make it on the floor i'll do push ups and ab crunches. I'm all hurty. That's a different story though lol.

The weather was good to me today. Foggy morning and gray clouds turned into a beautiful sunny day.
3 mile walk done.
Now, wish me luck on taking my four children to a (4 year old) birthday party !
It is going to be a long evening....

2 mile walk done today, both Cassy and I are feeling it in our legs. Warm here in NC, and lots of sunshine today, lets see what tomorrow brings.

Yesterday's wind gusts pushed the southern cal smog, clouds etc over to AZ, so today we had 50 mile visibility from the hilltops on my bike ride to work. Blue skies and a nice warm afternoon made for a great way to end the work week. Total round trip miles today was 28 on the odometer, about 115 for the work week. Four out of five work days this week were on the bike, car-free. Tomorrow morning should be good for a trail run up into the hills. Enjoy the weekend and have fun out there.

PS- on the sock thing, my favs are "Smartwool light hiker". 70 percent wool, 30 percent synthetic. Not cheap by any means, and the brownish green color would probably not please most women. But these things are great, keep the feet really comfy and dry, they don't get damp and sweaty like cotton. These are the only kind of socks I wear at work, at home and for most sports activities. Great for hiking and walking, help prevent blisters.

I like those, too, recycled. Even tho they're pricey, they do hold up well, so I don't mind the extra $$. Hey! I just got that your screen name actually has a double meaning. Sometimes, it takes me a while.
