Hi everyone.
Welcome back Evey and Shadow. Yay.
I did ramp it up this morning, includes cardio, arm, leg and core work.
Just got another application for our festival July 4th. A lady is coming up to talk about plants and pass out info.
I'm going to try to find a good movie on today.
Happy Sunday.
Just finished the 30 minute lessmore cardio an dmy arm exercises. Yesterday, I got a cantelope out to slice up and realized dang, I forgot all about my ABC workout that I did for so long-duh! So, I did that with the my melon! I'm kind of glad I remembered that, it's a good quickie kind of thing. Speaking of quickies...
Alligators mating? I'm confused about that noise-an assault rifle has a pretty fast report compared to a sledge hammer-unless he meant a jackhammer! Could it have been fireworks/firecrackers? Or maybe a woodpecker?
Have a good Sunday everyone, hope your hubby arrives safely Sandy and that all goes well.
Location: Finally made it to Florida and lovin' every minute!
