Good morning everyone
I slept in till 5:33 this morning
It is going to be a nice day today, I will probably be working in the yard.
The lawn needs to be mowed again.
Uh oh we need gas for the weedwacker so I guess we will have to go out for breakfast and pick some up
any excuse
Bought a jump rope yesterday and tried it out in the kitchen. Today I might put on tennis shoes and jump outside. It's very stupid to do that in the kitchen wearing clogs.
I just got up. It is going to be a beautiful day here in NC. I will walk 3 miles later, after going to folks house and doing their beds and bills, change the oil in my car and getting a Mocha!! I hope spring is here finally!!
Morning walk done with dog, grocery shopping done and now a few hours spent in the house cleaning. Then my new book and I are sitting in the sun for the afternoon.
Karla - 5:30 am on a Saturday morning is just sick! Can't you sleep in later?
I slept in till about 7:45 am today. Sun was starting to warm things up after yesterday's rain, so put on the shorts, long sleeve T shirt and running shoes and went out for a run on the local trails for a hour and a half run at a comfy pace. I think I jogged 7 to 8 miles, don't really keep that close of a tab on the distance sometimes. The rain yesterday cleaned up the air so no smog hanging round today. Enjoy the rest of the weekend all!
Well, today I tried some new ones my son taught me to build up my shoulders some. Word of caution-do NOT do the bendy waist/weight thing late at night. Gave me a terrible stomach ache. Well, something did.
