Hi all, Did a new stretch class this morning, all the clients were 75 year old man...they were 2 funny!! I did my cardio and strength class as well.

Well, I am just about finished. Wanted to check in before it storms, and say thank heavens for working out-I decided to catch some rays for a few this morning before the bad weather blew in, but a couple of hornets decided to do their mating dance, getting their buzz on right by my head! Scared the crAp out of me-I shot out of that chair so fast, I'm surprised there wasn't a sonic boom!

We're finally getting sunshine here. The bummer is, it's still not warm enough for me. Something tells me I won't be able to say that next week! lol

I did my exercise tape today. I wish I could make myself get up early like some of you, then maybe I would exercise everyday.

Just getting finished up with homework, then it's off we go. I love walking, and my daughter loves the gab session. I guess as long as the sun is shinning we will be out walking.
I hope you get some rain soon, to help on the wild fires, it is a shame when some people don't use their heads, and it is hard to get some of these wild fires under control. I feel bad for the people in that area, it is so scarey when it gets close to peoples homes and such. Hope everyone has a great night a head of them. Yorkie

Walk done this morning before 92 degree weather set in, no exercise tape tonight hubby has the night off - I told you all that he works wierd hours. When I walk I take Cassy, leash, cell phone and keys and yes, sometimes Cassy and I talk while walking. Neighbors probably think I am crazy, but what the heck she likes telling me who was walking before us.
