Everyone is so active today.....good job!
I had good intentions but had to work longer today. After being gone for 10 days, I can't seem to catch up. I did come home and weed in the front yard for an hour. It didn't seem like I was working out however with 97 percent humidity the sweat was dripping off me like a faucet.
Since the almost 5 weeks I have been doing w.watchers, I am down 9 lbs. I feel so much better. I went off schedule a little bit in Utah because we ate out but I tried to eat as best as I could.
Hopefully tomorrow I can make it to the Zumba class.
Good going with the ww program, I have heard it is great way to learn how to eat healthy
I did not get to the exercise today, rain in AL is like snow in the north, traffic is horrible and it took me forever to get home. After getting here I had to make dinner So I am just settling in before getting ready for bed. Seems like I just got here
Wow the veggie lasagna sounds great to me. I'm eating more vegetable meals right now in order to look/get healthy before my next dr appointment (okay, I am doing this for me too). I made up stir fried green and yellow peppers, zucchini squash, red onion in a little olive oil and garlic, it was great. One of the dishes out of my new salad cook book I got at B&N Saturday.
Well all have a great night, hopefully I will be back in order tomorrow.
Location: Finally made it to Florida and lovin' every minute!

I heard this saying once....
A good friend would bail you out of jail. A great friend is next to you in the cell, saying, "Man, that was fun!"
