Hey! I'm always up for more birthday cake!

Sorry your back is acting up tazz. I think a few of us on here can symapthize.

Have been walking all weekend and again today... same ol' thing.

Had one heck of a shock at the weekend. My beautiful niece in England, got dragged by one of the horses she looks after. It was going full gallop across the paddock. She was airlifted to hospital and thankfully is doing ok. Somtimes being so far away from my family is awful.

Oh tet, so very sorry about your niece!
Evening all, came home and Cassy about knocked me down with all the running and jumping she was doing, again it does my heart good to see her feeling her oats!
No exercise tonight but will try to do better tomorrow, is anyone else having problems getting interested in exercise? I just can't seem to focus on it, dang I left my exercise buddy in NC I need her to move here!
Well gotta warm up hubby lasagna (he is going to be glad that the last of it will be tonight). See ya'll later and hope your night is great.

Sandy it is great that cassy is back to her old self

Tas ouch on the back thing I hope your feeling better today

Yeah add me to the list of lack of motivation

I think I need an inspiration like a trip to help me get back in gear

I wonder if the pope joke is the same I heard the other day I am going to go take a look

Yeh, I just can't get motivated either.

Sue, hugs to you and very gentle hugs to your niece. I hope all is well.

At least I'll be doing something today - got some yardwork to do. I plan on raking up those nasty, ugly old pine needles that are large enough to skewer an alligator, I swear. Then I'll clean up the little patio, the part that's "paved" (can't think of the right word!). Do a little watering.

Have a great day, all.
