feeling a lot better today so met Lou for our walk ,
I realized that with it getting warmer I am going to have to swap the sweat pants for shorts soon
Busy day today it it our last JR master Gardener classes at the school. So we will be giving the end of year "test" and giving each child their own plant to take home.
lol I better go load them up which will be interesting 60 plants in the car , hmmm maybe I should of kept the 4-runner today.
Morning all y'all!! Tonight is workout time - my minimum is 45 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes weights stretching - but tonight is the marker to step it up a notch so I think I'll try increasing the speed.

Good morning y'all!! I'm heading to the gym now. Plan is elliptical again and some more weights, biceps and triceps. Total estimated time: 1.5 hours. Then it's off to a day at Ikea! Can't wait! Woo-hoo!
Karla, I can relate to the leg shaving, I guess I need to start doing that now that it is warm here in south Jersey!!! Glad you are feeling better!!
I did my classes this morning...cardio, strength training and a stretch class!!
My muscle in the front of my upper leg is killing my! I do not remember what I did to it??? Could it be that I teach to many classes and I am getting old!!??
