Whoooaaahh! What did I jump into here?

Just got my ab and strength exercises done and I took a walk this morning (only 20 min. cause we stopped at the park for the boys to play)
Hmmmm.....I think I might have to get a bit more serious here if I'm gonna rid this belly!

Is that enough excersise for the day...if I go to the bar tonight for fresh Halibut, tater salad..and say 2 beers?

Hey guys sorry Im checking in late, have been running around. Did half hour walk with Casper, parked at the furtheat parking apot everywhere I went today and took stairs instead of elevator to the eigth floor. That is an improvement for me.

Stay away from Rance ladies, besides being spoken for, I have dibs on him when we reincarnate.

Hey guys can anyone tell me what the side thingies are???

Rolled out of bed around 6 am today and got ready for the morning bike commute to work, about 9 miles. The cool breeze blowing in from the ocean woke me up pretty quick. Didn't hardly get warmed up.

Went to my favorite local italian restaurant for lunch with two co-workers. I had a plate of penne pomodoro pasta, mmm good, serious carbs here, along with a nice fresh bowl of salad and veggies.

After those delicious carbs at lunch, the 16 mile bike ride home felt great.

OK, Rance, nice of you to stop by. I learned from reading some of the Alaska threads that jogging alone up in your part of the woods is not a smart idea, cause bears think you might be some kind of snack food. Does that apply to bike riders too, or do most people on bikes move fast enough to keep the bears from thinking they are an easy mark?

If the beer is draft and served in those 1/2 or 1 liter heavy glass mugs, that alone counts as weight lifting (unless you chug the whole mug of beer at one shot like some of those hard partying oil field workers).
