Good morning, all!

I hope Karla doesn't mind; I see she started the QOD and posted in yesterday's thread, but no Friday thread.

Hot muggy one out there this a.m. Was REALLY "glowing" when I got home from my walk to the gym and back. Did 2 miles walking altogether, with 25 min. weights in between.

Got a lot going on today, already one load of clothes in the wash. I'll catch y'all later.

hugs to each one!

Good morning everyone
Happy Friday !!
I had thread started and
The appliance repair guy arrived he is replacing the ice making and a vent in the dishwasher. It seems there is nothing that can be done to make the DW stop smelling it is just a LG issue lol well those that know me that I love a challenge I am going to have to have a "oh so special chat" with the powers at LG

I am not sure what I am going to do today once repair guy is done I have laundry going and have to take care of some business for C/D

I think our little yorkipoo is coming for the weekend

Good morning everybody,

Glad you like your focus group Karla. Sounds like fun.
I will be doing the 2 mile walk dvd in a few minutes. Not sure what the rest of the day holds though.

The focus group does sound like fun Karla.

Took the pooch for a good walk already.

Heading out in a couple of hours on the bike to LZ Lambeau in Green Bay. They are having an offical (and long overdue) four day "Welcome Home" and "Thank You" event for our Vietnam Vets. It's going to be an amazing day!

Hope everyone has a great day!

Oh, tet, that sounds great.

Karla, while you're having that "oh so special" chat with LG, ask them how they can fix the smell from my front load wash machine, will ya??? Thank you! The product works really well, but if I don't soak up all the water in the gasket with a paper towel and leave the door open all day, it smells awful real quick.

Hey peeps!

Pattie, all front load washers get that smell. It is because the door actually seals, so if you close it it will mold. Just leave the door cracked.

Shadow & I went for a nice walk this morning. I am off at 2:30 today so hopefully we can hit the beach.

I've heard the newer ones aren't as bad. Apparently, they spin more water out than my model which is about 2 years old. A lot of folks complained.

Today I did a lower body workout from the same gal who does the upper body one I do. Evidently my arms are in a lot better shape than my legs! Dang was that hard. I hate to admit it but a couple of them I couldn't even DO! I'll get it though! When those thigh muscles are straining, boy can you tell!

Anyway, it started out as a rainy day, then got nice out, now it looks like it could go either way.

Happy Friday everyone.

LOL...fuzzy, I'll trade you some upper body strength for some leg strength. My legs are quite strong. I guess it was all that dancing all those years ago.
