welllll .... they already have lots of established recipe things on the "Food and Drink" forum, above Health and Wellness. so that might be kinda mixing both worlds there.

I think those who have a specific weight goal, the weigh-in thread may be good, along with maintainence, like this thread, just to be accountable for what we eat. For those that don't want to keep track of weight loss, but are working on a lifestyle change (eating better foods), then this thread is perfect! P.S. I wouldn't mind a binge day, now and then...think you really need that. Jeannie

I ate it cause I was mad and having a bad day. hehe, lessons we learn the hard way : getting mad and eating just makes you madder!

Perhaps to rectify this I can push the truck home, instead of steering it.

..on the bright side, I don't know if any of you are regulars in the pets forum, but over the weekend we got a new baby bouncing puppy floppy eared floppy pawed beagle !!!! I forsee long energetic (rather high-paced) walks with him till he gets used to the neighborhood. woo !!! Maybe I can walk off some of the candy bowl. HAHA

(((hugs))) thanks for the support as always guys. and I agree with the APs, the thread feels good in the new home.

Can I help you push??? I need to hit/push/shove something right now!

Oops...I started a tread to see if anyone wanted to do the weekly weigh-in with me before I read this one...

I would love a healthy recipe/daily menu thread, plus maybe a goals thread.

New home, looks nice and great ideas. I agree with the recipe trade, love recipes and like to find new ones.

I've been doing well on the healthy diet, except I had about 20 spree candies.

Today was breakfast:
Oatmeal with raisins, cinnamon and nutmeg. 4 cups of coffee w cream.

Lunch was a weight watcher pizza and a diet soda.

Snack was 20 candies

Dinner consisted of cheerio cereal. I didn't have the time to cook anything and really did not feel much like it after the candy attack.
