lunch at 1:30 p.m.: some small potatoes, cauliflower (it seems I'm only eating one kind of veggie) and a small "Schnitzel"
Dinner: chocolate chip cookie - yes, really only one

Have a nice day!!!
Hummm....not sure what a Schnitzel is?

Bad news. Lasagna, romaine salad, and garlic bread at hubby's nana's house today. Believe me, it was not anything I wanted, but she was so excited about having us for lunch. I'm going to do an additional workout today because I just feel horrible from eating so bad this weekend.

jco, it was a holiday weekend and sometimes we just can't avoid to indulge now and then. I try and tell myself when I do it, just get back on track the next day. Hopefully we can train ourselves to induge on occasion and not feel so bad about it, I know, I do it also. Well, the weekend is gone, and tomorrow is another day. Tonight for dinner, I ate before I left work, some low-fat chicken noodle soup, and two hard-boiled eggs. But, again, the night is young.... See u all tomorrow! jeannie

I also already had my official "cheat day" on Saturday. Man, it was so good though. Well, hopefully I sweated some fat off today. Back on the wagon tomorrow.

Oh, but those apple pies are so good.. I'm more of a Burger King kind of gal. I have actually gone through the drive-through after work, ordered 3 cheeseburgers and a diet coke (diet coke, why bother), and demolished them. Ummm......now I'm getting hungry.....

yes, put me on that list....just polished off 2 ice cream cones with colored sprinkles.

P. S. does it help the situation that the ice cream was low-fat?
