Sadly, I didn't lose any weight again this week. However, I suppose I should be very grateful that I didn't gain considering I had a full on big mac meal and apple pie from McDonald's and a Wendy's hamburger. I am going to keep on trying, and I vow to lose 1 pound by next weekend.

So, what's your scale telling you today?

Well, as of yesterday, I dropped 5 lbs. Today, the scale keeps fluctuating between 4 and 5 lb. loss. Don't get discouraged though leavingcali. A week ago at my time of the month, I gained a few lbs! Have a great weekend! Jeannie

Congratulations! 4-5 lbs. in one week?!?! What's your secret? I suppose you didn't eat a big mac, fries, soda, and apple pie?

Great job!

My scales were very nice to me this morning. After having gained 2 pounds over the last weekend, I nearly lost 4 this week. Maybe I will go on and try to lose another 4-6 lbs. Let's see.

Congrats to all having lost wait.

Leavingcali - don't give up!!!

Yesterday I was at four pounds, but today I have to report THREE pounds lost this week! It's the first week I've actually lost, so I'm thrilled! Even three pounds has made my clothes fit better!

I lost 3 lbs, which is something considering I have ate ice cream, cookies, etc. I have found it really helps with the amount of water I drink, and how many days I exercise at least 30 minutes.

Jeannie, where in NC are you wanting to relocate to? It is truly a beautiful state and filled with so much character, although we really need rain right now.
