Well, I literally have 6 weeks now to rid of some extra weight before Disney, so I'm really working hard. One thing I've been trying to do on workdays when I really don't have time for a workout at home is taking the stairs for everything throughout the day 3 and 4 flights back and forth gives me quite a cardio workout. Also, just a reminder, tomorrow is friday, and we really want to have one day a week to treat ourselves and let loose a bit . Coffee with splenda and soy, so far. Hey girls!
I just ate more than half of a pizza. Well I sorted out the pineapple and cherries (eeewww on a pizza???) but the rest was good. I only had that pizza because it was delivered to me by friends. They are at an Italian restaurant right now and I couldn't join them because of my evening classes. So not to be sad they sent me the pizza - isn't that cute. Just my girls from my sports classes!!! I love them.
Anyway I also had 1 bagel at 7:45, 1 bagel at 10:30, some pasta at 3:30 p.m. and peanuts for dinner at school. The pizza will do it and I'm dreading the weekly weigh-in!!!
Oatmeal, coffee and cream. Kashi bar. Orange chicken for lunch (frozen thingie), apple, water, water and more water. Glass of OJ and a berry smoothie. Grilled cheese with onion for dinner and now more water.
Blasted cold at work has got three people, and they all work by me. Hence I went to the store and bought oj for work. I'll probably end up with cancer sores, but I can't get sick. Baby shower in MI is the 6th of October and I gotta be well!
