Hey all
Good day so far. I had a kashi bar for breakfast, brought my oatmeal to work but forgot the bowl. I've had 2 mini Musketeer bars. Lunch was vegetable soup. Have had coffee with cream, oj and water today so far.
Roma, thats okay, its friday... Well, oatmeal and blueberries for breakfast, lean cuisine for lunch, alot of cracker nibbling throughout the day, then, the dreaded BK sign on the way home........3 cheeseburgers and a diet coke! How's that for a binge.......... jeannie

Okay, I better fess up here, this is how I finished my day.
After grocery shopping on an empty stomach I ended up coming home and having a ham sandwich with cheese on 9 grain ww bread, good right? Well the empty stomach shopping got me into a yummy fix, I had hot apple pie with carmel tracks ice cream on top. It was really good, but kinda canceled out all the good I did this week.
Cassy, I have to join with you. My hubby brought me Starbuck's ice cream at the end of the day. I DID limit myself and had only a little bit.
