The last day in September, and what a beauty.
Yesterday was another good food day for me. I know I"m under the crunch so really trying to focus. jco, I hope hubbie's birthday was a good one

I have to thank all of you for contributing to this thread. Everyone is really helping me stay focused on what I need to do to eat healthier and when I see someone doing so well, it pushes me. So again, thank you and keep the posts coming, I think it's important for all of us.
Well, although I missed my son's football game and my daughter's soccer game yesterday, both won and both did well

. Congrats! Well, after church we stopped at the bakery to get bagels for the kiddies and I just couldn't resist the blueberry bagels...
Besides my coffee this morning, I ate it plain, and hopefully nothing much else until dinner. Until later........
