Good morning!

Well Wednesday is here, "hump" day as some call it which means we're on a downhill roll to the weekend....which also means a break from watching what we eat on friday. I think it is important to have one day a week, or at least one meal a week that we can look forward to without counting calories........ so, please use it. Not sure what the weather is going to do today, heard low 70's, but so far, kind of dreary out there. My daughter has her Monster Mash on friday with the Brownies http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee109/jeannie216/monstres.gif (broken link)She's going to be an angel . Now I need to come up with something easy and creative for myself that night. Any suggestions? Have a great day everyone and please keep the posts coming...... Jeannie

You could were scrubs, but then everyone would just think you were on your way to work (sigh)
This is what I did for my kids when they had harvest festival at school: rafia fram the craft store...use duct tape and make 4 cuffs of "straw" to stick out at your wrists and ankles. plaid shirt, jeans or overalls if you have them, any old hat with more rafia duct taped inside the rim to make staw hair...your a scare crow, cost you a couple bucks tops and no sewing. AND NO TIME involved

oatmeal w/ craisons and splenda brown sugar, OJ, coffee w/ silk Good start!

I feel happy today.Since august,my mom had to have 2 cataract surgeries, they all went well, she is 86 and very energetic. She coudn't see properly so couldn't drive and her license expired, she wanted to get her eyes done first.Yesterday she went to the DMV,took her written test and passed! So I am so happy and glad that God took care of all these things! And now I have more time doing my things! I had to drive 30 min back and forth. You know Los Angeles Freeways! Ok! enough said!

Had a great breakfast wtih the cereal I bought at the Wild Oats this morning!!

Hi all, I felt the need to explain my absence recently. My son came down with croup cough, so I've been up at nights and using his nap time to try to catch up on sleep. Nap time is usually City Data time for me! Now I'm sick, too, and it's awful. I hope to be "back" soon! Miss you all!
