Fruit smoothie this morning with apples, honey, lecithan, flax seed meal, and spirulina. This kept me full until about 2pm, but I waited for dinner, which was yogurt, pineapple, apple, banana, honey and pecans.
I made dinner for husband of leftover chicken, stuffing, gravy, and cooked carrots. I snacked some chicken when putting his dinner together.
May have tapioca with blueberries later. He will have ice cream.
I make what he likes to eat, but we have different preferences, obviously.

Breakfast was 2 eggo waffles, coffee and non-dairy creamer and a banana.

Sometimes things happen in your life that give you a new perspective on life. This past week has done this for me. Yes, today is the first day of the rest of your life. Yesterday is gone and tomorrow is ahead. Do all you can for others and yourself. Hugs.

Assignment for today: Visit a neighbor you don't know yet. Then tell us about it.

Lunch was two slices pizza and a salad of a few leaves of lettuce, spring onion, radishes, small cucumber, hand full of walnuts, slice of cheese, chopped pepperoni, and 2 T. Italian free dressing. Coffee and creamer to drink.

Snack: couple T. of corn chips and a few walnuts.

Dinner was a cup of baked beans and a baked sweet potato with about 1 tsp. butter and Coffee and creamer to drink.

I saw a neighbor I hadn't met yet going by but I was under a blanket on the sofa and wasn't about to move. Maybe tomorrow.
