this morning: Oatmeal, coffee and water.
Last night my son changed his mind and we went to our favorite Chinese resteraunt. I didn't save any calories, but I at least enjoyed my splurge. My rule: don't waste calories on mediocre food. (fast food)
today I think I will make my life saving trail mix... it keeps me from eating crap.

Isn't it neat to communicate with people all around the world.
Coffee and milk (1), banana (1), smokehouse cheddar (4)

I am doing fine except for the chocolates. Dh ate the last of them this morning, so I guess I am safe. I got them at the Dollar General when I was filling up my shoe box for a Operation Christmas Child. They were just $2 and I thought they would not be very tempting. The box had a lot in it and they are delicious. Elmer's is the name if you want to try some. It even tells on the box which ones are which, just like the expensive ones.

Good Morning everyone!

I took a Theraful Cold & Flu thingy that dissolves in water,I sneezed all day, hoping not to start something, feeling groggy too. Funny? after I had a problem with my stomach, things are strange. Anyway, glad you are all here.
I will think about what to eat later.

Feeling better after 10 min

A scramble egg with soy milk

So far,

breakfast: water, two egg whites and a small pumpkin spice cookie (whole wheat flour--still justifying it!)

lunch: water and 1/4 of my SOs turkey sub from Subway. Also had about 1/2 of a tall pumpkin spice latte. I've really been craving the spice smell these last few days.
