Isn't it nice that you work where your dh's surgery is happening. Keep the sunny side up on that.
There is a lady doctor that does lectures on TV that tells us how many steps, but I forgot. Does it count your steps or the distance? I just think it is the more the better.
So maybe just try and increase it everyday.

Rach: I believe it is 10,000 steps a day, But if you put your pedometer on your belt, stand still and shake your hips like a belly dancer you can rack up quite a few AND entertain your friends! (OK, I do those kinds of things....can I stay?)
Coffee and cinnamon toast....I don't usually buy groceries at walmart, but they have a great bakery department that I can't pass without buying abunch of breads....sigh Oh and get this! They keep a warmer right by the checkout full of warm garlic loaves that you can smell while you stand there!
I think I will prep stir fry for tonight.

My husband plays on a basketball league in our town, over 35 league but still believes he's a 21 year old. Needless to say, in September he hyperextended his knee during the play-off game and completely tore his acl, medial collateral and meniscus with a bakers cyst on the back of his knee. Surgery went well today, and now he'll be laid up for awhile. Going to be a bit crazy around here for awhile.

oatmeal with fresh blueberries
grilled chicken with cheese on whole wheat and ketchup
still hungry...eating a bowl of Life.
