Default Saturday "rise and shine" Food Journal

Good morning! I thought I would get an early start this morning. Last night came home from work to a house that looked llike a tornado stopped on by......dishes, clothes, toys, etc., etc. So, going to get an early start on the house, a work-out, and then off to my sister's for a little family gathering. What are everyone's plans today? Coffee with suctrose and soymilk......have and great day everyone! Jeannie

Have fun, Jeannie. Your family can come and visit you when you get to North Carolina. It is still cold here. Samantha is still in the bathroom. She learned to use her litter box. Starting on day six of 18 points. Saturday will be a difficult day to do this. You have today off. Family and food seem to go together.

Izzy, I have not learned how to display pictures yet. Samantha is just a stray black cat with a small white spot on her chest that now has an attitude because she knows she is little miss priss.

I made homemade soup from a can of Italian vegetable soup, chicken broth, leftover stirfry for the other day that had no fat in it, can of flavored tomatoes, and spices. Lots and lots of spices expecially pepper. Counted 2 cups as (2) points because most of the vegetables in the soup were no point vegetables.
Small italian chicken tender (3)
Coffee and milk (1)

NCN, that sounds delicious!

Had a lot of work today with sorting through all clothes I collected over the years b/c I finished putting them into the new wardrobe cabinet. Threw away nearly three big bags so there's more space for new things

lol hubby doesn't like that at all b/c that means shopping!!!

Very small hot dog for snack at 10:45 a.m.

Slice of bread with tomatoe cheese at 3 p.m.

Lasagna without meat, only some slices of bacon and savoy cabbage and cream sauce for dinner we had with cousin and her b/f.
Afterward pancakes and waffles for all

Gotta go to bed now!

It was good but not as good as dinner.
4 slices honey ham (2)
2 slices whitewheat (1)
Salad of lettuce, radishes, green pepper, cucumber with 1 T. Olive Garden Dressing (1)
Banana (1)
Coffee and milk (1)
Did you know that if you eat less your taste buds enhance the flavor. I read that somewhere.
