well, thats up to you. Some of us are here for weight loss, others just for maintainence. Its just a nice guilt-free place to come and get support, have some laughs and chit chat. Karla with a K runs the Daily Exercise Journals which some of us also like to vist. Nice group over there also.

I do the weight watchers points together with whatever diet I may be on at the moment, then I goof off for a while. I usually weigh the first day of the month and then pretend I lose the scales. I have learned a lot from Jeannie and Izzy.

Sounds like you made a good choices this morning. Not like somebody that is eating peanut butter and vanilla wafers---that is not what I should be eating. Putting peanut butter in between two vanilla wafers and eating it with coffee and milk is just about as good as doublestuff Oreo cookies bathed in milk.

Years ago I was on a bowling league and I kept asking the person keeping score what my score was. She told me to knock all the pins down and the score will take care of itself. I feel the same way about dieting. If you keep to the diet, the weight will be what is should be eventually. It's just a matter of time.

http://www.city-data.com/forum/daily...-new-year.html My diet formula is on this date. I change it a little from time to time.
